By enrolling in a class, workshop, program, or session with Soft Gold Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Bookings and Payments
All sessions, workshops, and programs must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payment via the approved methods listed on our website or invoice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Please choose your class date carefully. All class purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by law. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. Due to the time and resources involved in preparing each session, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, date changes, or transfers for any reason. Class sizes are kept small to ensure a quality experience, and each seat is accounted for in advance. To be fair to all participants, we’re unable to make exceptions. If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. NDIS Participants
If you're participating through an NDIS plan, you (or your support coordinator) are responsible for ensuring services align with your plan goals and funding structure. We work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants. Payment terms and documentation will be discussed upon enrolment. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be invoiced in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide, which allows for the full cost of a service to be claimed if cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice. By enrolling, you agree to this cancellation policy and acknowledge that late cancellations or non-attendance will still incur charges.
4. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or access needs relevant to their participation. Our studio provides a safe and supportive environment. All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove a participant if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
Please note: our studio space is not wheelchair accessible. We are happy to discuss individual access needs and explore alternative options where possible.
5. Use of Materials and Facilities
All materials and tools provided remain the property of Soft Gold Studio unless otherwise stated. You agree to use studio equipment safely and only as instructed.
6. Intellectual Property
Any artwork made by you is your property. We may request permission to photograph your work or sessions for promotional purposes. Participation is always optional.
7. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Soft Gold Studio is not liable for personal injury, or the loss or damage of personal items.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
