Soft Gold Studio is a calm, light-filled space tucked away in Richmond - founded on the belief that creativity feels best when shared. It’s a place to slow down, explore materials with intention, and find connection through clay, colour, and community.
Founded and run by a small team of practising artists, Soft Gold is deeply rooted in Melbourne’s creative landscape. Our teachers are not only warm and experienced facilitators, they’re also active artists, makers, and thinkers, bringing real-world insight and a deep respect for process into every class. We share generously from our own practices and are passionate about helping others create work that is both technically sound and personally meaningful.
The studio is a soft, welcoming blank canvas, designed to help people feel at ease, inspired, and ready to make beautiful things. Whether you're a beginner or reconnecting with your creativity after time away, we offer workshops, one-on-one sessions, and classes that blend technical guidance with open-ended exploration.
