Soft colour
Paint with creative confidence in a calm, inclusive space
Soft Gold Studio offers a 10-week painting-based day program designed for NDIS participants to explore creative expression while developing practical, social, and emotional skills in a calm and welcoming environment.
Facilitated by practicing artists with experience in both teaching and disability support, this program provides participants with structured, accessible art sessions that encourage self-expression, build confidence, and foster a sense of connection and accomplishment.
Each 10-week term includes:
– All painting materials and tools
– Expert tuition tailored to individual needs and goals
– A calm, supportive studio environment
– Projects that are adaptable, inclusive, and designed to encourage participation
Program outcomes include:
– Capacity building through regular, skill-based creative engagement
– Improved fine motor skills, creative decision-making, and visual literacy
– Opportunities to connect and collaborate with others in a group setting
– A greater sense of community inclusion, identity, and artistic pride
Participants are invited to explore colour, shape, and storytelling through a range of painting techniques—always with encouragement to move at their own pace and express themselves freely.
We work closely with support coordinators and participants to ensure each person feels seen, supported, and empowered to create.
The Soft Colours program is a place where participants are encouraged to explore at their own pace, build relationships, and take pride in creating something truly their own.
